Anniversary

7 Notes Natural Health began in 2015 as the Healthy Musician Institute, LLC, serving musicians and performing artists with repetitive strain injuries. As the practice grew, the focus shifted and the scope widened. Sound therapy and work with sound, frequency, and vibration became a focus and a passion. In 2019, we changed our name to 7 Notes Natural Health. Today, through all of our offers, we seek to live out our motto, namely, that we help YOU to “hear, see, and feel true wellness!” In late 2025, 7 Notes closed its doors in Ann Arbor, Michigan and moved to Lewisburg, West Virginia.  A grand opening and ribbon cutting was held on January 8, 2026 at our new location in historic downtown Lewisburg.

• January 20, 2015 – Articles of Organization for the Health Musician Institute, LLC filed with the state of Michigan
• March 6, 2015 – Open House celebrating the opening of the Health Musician Institute at Trinity Lutheran Church (ELCA), Ann Arbor
• September 12, 2015 – Graduated from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy (AAIMT)
• September 27, 2015 – Received Reiki III certification
• September 28, 2015 – Received license in Massage Therapy from state of Michigan
• October 3, 2015 – First workshop offered (Stretching for Musicians) at Washtenaw Community College, Ypsilanti
• April 1, 2016 – Purchased amethyst biomat
• July 31, 2016 – Attended and completed C.A.R.E. (Aromatherapy) Training
• July 4, 2017 – Received Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) Certification
• March 6, 2018 – Received AFT Instructor Certification
• July 30, 2018 – Received Sound Therapy Certification
• September 15, 2018 – First public sound bath offered at Joy Studio, Ann Arbor
• March 22, 2019 – Released Meditations and Dedications CD
• October 12, 2019 – Changed business name to 7 Notes Natural Health, LLC
• November 24, 2019 – Graduated Year 1 NITE (NHE)
• December 1, 2019 – Moved to Packard Office Center 3830 Packard Road Suite 120, Ann Arbor
• March 26, 2021 – Attended and completed Veriditas (labyrinth) Facilitator Training
• December 1, 2021 – Expanded office space to include Suite 180 at the Packard Office Center
• December 13, 2021 – Completed Veriditas Facilitator Certification
• 2022 – Celebrated 7 year anniversary
• August 14, 2022 – Completed Spectochrome Therapy Certification
• November 23, 2022 – Completed Yoga Nidra Practitioner Certification
• July 16, 2023 – Completed Practitioner of Sound Therapies Certification
• July 18, 2023 – Completed Practitioner of Vibrational Therapies Certification 
• July 25, 2023 – Completed Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Certification
• July 27, 2023 – Completed Chakra Healer Certification
• March 1, 2024 – Completed Veriditas Advanced Facilitator (labyrinth) Training
• 2025 – Celebrated 10 year anniversary
• March 8, 2025 – Completed Plant Stem Cell Therapy Training
• April 17, 2025 – Completed Naturopathic Doctorate
• December 15, 2025 – Moved 7 Notes Natural Health to Lewisburg, WV
